Prayer Team Formed

The Wardens, a past Warden, and a program leader met to create a potential list of candidates for the Prayer Team. Nancy Arnold was identified as the Prayer Team lead and helped to recruit the final slate of team members: Paul Brookes, Judith Horton, Joseph Gomes, Stephanie Leite, and Victoria Strang. Vestry member Katie Gressle was later invited to be the liaison between the team and vestry. The assembled team was charged with developing a transition prayer to be prayed at every worship service, ministry meeting, and program event as well as by parishioners as part of their individual prayer practice. The prayer will be introduced at the June 23 worship service. The team will meet every Sunday from mid-April through mid-May to create our prayer.
