Offer ourselves as a living sacrifice to God
March 26, 2022
Hosea 6:1–6 | Luke 18:9–14 | Psalm 51:15–20
I give you all of me, nothing do I hold back, of all my love is now yours.
All of me now I surrender to your complete care.
From what I no longer am, cleansed from my sins, and blessed with thy love so I will understand.
How will I hold back my joy knowing that I’m now free,
The price was paid, Jesus’ love now given He calls out to me,
You’ve taken away my tears, my suffering, and provided me with your love,
A gift so precious and endearing sent from your holy home above.
I wait not on any, only on you God will I call, to guide my steps, to give others hope and to hold me up lest I start to fall.
I know if on my knees I will bend, humbling myself before thee,
I know that in doing so your blessings I’ll receive.
Bless me lord that I may teach others, until that time we meet and at long last I in peace kneel at your blessed feet,
Renewed in spirit, revived by your love, blessed and baptised, made clean by your blood.
My spirit now cleansed, my soul now complete. I patiently await your coming till at long last we meet.
