Annual Meeting Roll-Out of Parish Profile and Search Team

January 26, 2025 was an eventful day for St. Luke’s. Over 150 parishioners came together for our 190th Annual Meeting to reflect on the accomplishments of the last year, express gratitude for the work and leadership of our various ministries and learn more about the launch of our search process. The Profile Team shared their strategy for compiling parish responses to the 12 profile questions provided by the Diocesan Office of Transition Ministry. Careful not to be repetitive, they assured that all key ministries and themes were incorporated and represented. The profile document will be combined with parish reference material and prospective clergy information for posting our rector position via The Episcopal Church communications resources.
The Search Team for our new rector search was also introduced at the Annual Meeting. The team was selected from among 25 applicants and represents a cross-section of our community from different age groups, programs, leadership experiences, and worship services. Team members are:
