manage the temporal activities and affairs of the Parish, including (but not limited to) the charge and management of all its properties, and elects a Rector in case of vacancy. Vestry Members are elected for a three-year term. Meetings are held monthly. Vestry members are expected to be active communicants, consistent stewardship pledgers, and serve as key communicators in the Parish.

The Senior Warden
is the senior lay officer of the Parish and advisor to the Rector. In the absence of the Rector, the Senior Warden performs the administrative duties of the office as set forth in the Canons of the Church and such other duties as may be assigned by the Vestry. The Senior Warden serves for a two-year term and is usually elected after first serving on the Vestry or as the Junior Warden.

The Junior Warden
assists the Senior Warden and the Rector in the affairs of the Parish. In the absence of both the Rector and the Senior Warden, the Junior Warden assumes the administrative authority of the Parish and performs the duties of the office as set forth in the Canons of the Church and such other duties as may be assigned by the Vestry. The Junior Warden serves for a two-year term and is usually elected after first serving on the Vestry.

acts as Secretary and takes minutes of all meetings of the Parish and of the Vestry. He or she performs the duties usually pertaining to the office of secretary and such other duties as may be required from time to time by the Vestry, and is elected at the Parish Annual Meeting.

is charged with keeping the books of the church accounts and has the care and custody of the funds of the Parish as directed by the Vestry. The Treasurer is elected annually.
